Azleena Abdul Rahman Independent Non-Executive Director
Puan Azleena Abdul Rahman is appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Board of Permodalan BSN Berhad (“PBSNB”) with effect from 18 September 2025. She has over 20 years of experience in finance and capital markets. She started her career as an engineer and transitioned to banking; holding various roles in global markets in HSBC, Citibank, and JP Morgan Chase. Her last position was Vice President, Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities at Bank of America Malaysia Berhad.
She currently serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT KAF Sekuritas Indonesia, where she provides board-level oversight on governance, strategy and risk matters. Puan Azleena holds a degree in Master of Engineering in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the University of Bath, United Kingdom. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia.
