If you are an individual or a sole proprietor investor who is dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, please refer your dispute to the Financial Markets Ombudsman Service (“FMOS”) (formerly known as Ombudsman for Financial Services) via the following modes. You may file your dispute to FMOS:

(a) Through the FMOS website under the “File A Complaint” section at https://www.fmos.org.my/en/feedback.html
