KFin Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“KFinTech”) – Company No. 201601007727 (1178655-U) has been appointed to carry out the fund accounting and valuation services for all funds and mandates / portfolios under the management of Permodalan BSN Berhad. KFinTech was incorporated in Malaysia on 8 March 2016 and is registered as a company under the Companies Act 1965, with its business address at Suite 16.01, Level 16, Menara IMC, 8 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.
Its duties include, amongst others, performing valuation of the investments held by the Funds and mandates / portfolios, as well as maintaining the financial accounting records of portfolios including all transactions data, records and investment ledgers. In providing the above services, KFinTech will be supported by KFin Tehnologies Limited in India in the processing of daily fund administration transactions.

Its duties include, amongst others, maintaining the register of Unit Holders, transactions processing, reconciliation and preparing relevant communication to Unit Holders.
