Effective April 14, 2025, Sany Tee was appointed Head of Sales and Distribution Channels at Permodalan BSN Berhad (PBSN). In this role, he leads strategic growth initiatives, transforming and optimizing distribution channels to drive market expansion and revenue growth.

With over 30 years of leadership in the insurance and asset management sectors, Sany has delivered exceptional results across Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Laos. As Head of Sales and Senior Vice President at Inter-Pacific Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. (IPAM), he tripled fold assets under management within three years through innovative sales strategies and partnerships.

Sany began his career at MAA Assurance (now Zurich Insurance Malaysia Berhad) as a Marketing Executive and Branch Head, where he developed agency teams that consistently exceeded targets. He later advanced to Assistant General Manager (Corporate Agency) at Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad, increasing agency productivity by 36%. His expertise spans agency development, sales leadership, business model transformation, training, and marketing.
